Very disappointed with the store lately. Stopped in to get some marinara/ spaghetti sauce this morning. Went back to the aisle, and was dumbfounded. The two brands I usually buy, Barrilla and Classico, had been reduced to only 4 flavors each. And the ones I usually buy were not among them. But right next to the ONE rack of the usual sauces, was THREE racks of imported Italian pasta and sauces, at 2 to 3 times the price. This is my go-to location when I’m on my way home from work. I love being greeted at the door by Phyllis. She’s friendly and approachable! Having the dinner on the go options make busy weeknights a breeze!
The kind employees at Hy-Vee gave my 14-month-old a balloon when they saw him crying and reaching for all the Superbowl balloons that were decorating the store.
Made a stop on our way to the airport to run an errand and the staff was very friendly and fast!
Fleur Hy-Vee is the best. Consistently have what I need. Beautiful layout. Friendly staff. “Helpful smile in every aisle.” Will always be my Hy-Vee.
Waited for well over a half hour for lunch at the Market Grille after placing our order and paying. We finally left after asking for a refund. The one person staff solution doesn’t seem to be working. 💥👎💥
Thank you to Hy-Vee on Fleur! They turned a negative into a positive because of fantastic customer services! I bought groceries there and upon arriving home I realized I was missing a bag that must have been left in checkout instead of being placed in my cart by the bagger. I called and a manager, Mr. Bailey immediately investigated and upon learning it wasn’t in the checkout aisle kindly offered to re-shop all my items for me and have them delivered. Just stopped by to try their steak special they advertised on here. The steak was so raw even though I asked for it medium well.. which typically is just a little bit of pink in the middle. Both of our steaks were completely raw. The meat was still cold on the inside.. bloody and the tendons were still white and clearly not cooked through. No one was in the dining room making sure the food that came out was okay and the poor cashier was the only one running around ringing people up and getting them their food.
