So tired of having to wait in the express line for over Five minutes! All the other locations have a manager watching the lines and opening up more lines but not Fleur drive! Bagging help likes to stand at end of line when they have nothing to bag and watch customers have to bag there own groceries! Come on what happened to customer service!
The procedure has changed. I really liked the Market Grille. Now it like being in a grocery store ordering outside of dining area, picking up your utensil, fetching your own drinks, looking for a table. Was told as we entered that they were short staffed that day and food may take longer. When food did arrive it was lukewarm. Disappointed!
The produce is wilted. The food on the shelves is always nearly expired. The florist screws up every order. The can-redemption room never has fully functional machines and is a mess. This is a shining example why people are over HyVee. They haven't had any quality since the 1990s. Quit shopping there!!
Always find what I want here! I have been to a few different HyVee's and by far this Fluer Drive one is the best
The service in the market grille was outstanding. We couldn't have asked for better service!!!
Just left the store, $150 or so, lots of frozen to take advantage of the fuel saver deal. Loaded groceries in the truck, checked receipt, $0.00 fuel saver, went back in, talked to manager, done deal took care of me in under 5 minutes. Right to the pumps, saved a good bit of the $$$. This store is the best. Thanks.
