I always enjoy shopping Fleur Hy-Vee because hey usually have good prices, are well stocked, fresh produce and a clean store.
I am very disappointed that the people working behind the meat counter consistently do not wear their masks properly. It does not make sense to have a mask over one's mouth but not nose. One gentleman in particular doesn't even keep his mouth closed. Three times I've brought this concern to management without the situation improving. This is a reckless disregard of public health.
On line ordering is something new for me as well as the individual HyVee stores.. I have had minor differences with my order.... after contacting the store, everything is resolved quickly and efficiently... I am grateful during these times to be able to order and pick up... thank you...
This pandemic is hard on everyone. Especially financially. I spent $145 on virtually nothing today. items were in the wrong place to look cheaper or they weren't marked. Also your prices skyrocketed since this started. Only cashier's are wearing masks and gloves. ALL employees should be wearing masks and gloves! Are they getting hazard pay?!
