I waited over 20 mins for my burger at the grill. went back up they said they didnt have an order for that SAME lady I ordered with. so she goes to the cook and says I need this. he says I'll get to it when I get to it. manager says oh sorry about that and walked away. nope will never go back!! nice job Hy-Vee!!!
There is a older guy that works in the meat department, He is rude and always gives me a hard time when I want to purchase items from there. He really gets mad when I want it wrapped a certain way. Even when he isn't the one waiting on me, he sticks he is nose in my business. I have complained on him several times to management .Today took the cake.
