Amazing and friendly staff! I utilized the coffee shop as a work hub before my flight home and everyone was so good to me—one of your workers even game me a lift to the airport after her shift. Thank you so much for everything! You should be so proud of your workers!

Should have left the restaurant the way it was. Sorry, all that effort for sub-par offerings. Also, full service, regardless of restaurant, is unreliable. This was just bad strategy hy-vee, you had a great thing going. I'm sure the numbers demonstrate your mistake.
