As a long-time customer of Hy-Vee at their different locations in the Cedar Rapids area, I was very dismayed to see that your corporate headquarters has found it ideal to take away the 24-hour schedule from your stores. Until the decision is reversed, and amends are made, I will no longer be shopping at your stores. I am a second shift worker, which makes it difficult for me to get out to do grocery shopping at a more reasonable hour. My Dad's neighborhood grocery store. Also, my favorite breakfast place with my Dad.
I had a very unpleasant experience and decided to speak to management. That became an even more unpleasant experience. Management said they will make it right...we'll see...stay tuned. I'm not usually one to complain, however the way I was treated regarding this problem was wrong.
I really enjoy Hy-Vee and this location in particular, however, this evening the cashier checking us out made not one but MANY rude comments about my children. My kids talk, laugh, whine and cry like normal kids and were not acting out. In no way did I deserve to hear her rude comments. Customer service was lacking tonight
