Waited over 40 minutes for my online order pick up. Two cars came after me and they got the orders before me, even though I called when I arrived and 2 different employees asked me for my name. I understand when things get busy but this is not the first time this has happened!
Absolutely disturbing how the pharmacy handles things. I went to pick up my daughter's much needed prescription and they said I'm sorry we dont have it till tomorrow to fill. ok that's just fine I completely understand. I asked if she could check the other Hyvees. She was sooo rude and said ya I suppose..... came back and said I guess we can have it ready in 5 mins if you can wait. I'm switching pharmacies and Suggest everyone to do the same. She lied right to my face.
Pay attention to customers in the store and not just online. They are very rude. Will not shop there

The clerk at the Deli was so helpful my card got decline and it was the first hot meal I was getting and she paid for our meals... Thank You in this time of need and thank you for working and preparing hot food for our community!!!

Their own employees dont follow the one way shopping paths they've set up and when I brought it to their attention the manager was rude and dismissive.
I So stores are open now 7 am to 8 pm! So instead of keeping store open 24 hours so we can keep the social distancing!!! We’re having everyone gather together for a covid 19 party!!! Let’s get everyone together to shop instead of having longer hours with less people!!! Just does not make since to me!!!
