I dislike the new layout. It seems like they redesigned it to make it so people would have to walk all around the store just to find what they need. And there seems to be less veritery then before.
Parking lot is out of control. Put in some freaking speed bumps, for the love of God. It is not a race track. Literally EVERY TIME I try to back out, somebody races by within inches of my bumper. The checkout lanes are regularly backed up, and it seems there are no floor managers paying attention. They've also lost several specific items that are still available at Wilson Ave Hy-Vee. I am now a FORMER Hy-Vee customer! I am so tired of having to fight for fuel saver points! Today I earned 36 cents but the balance says 28 cents? It has happened before at the Edgewood Rd. store and they just put it on my card, this morning they gave me a 800 number to call. Seriously! Half the time the points don't show up on your card. So not worth it. Fareway here I come!
