HyVee always has the ingredients I need. Truly a one stop shop, and close to home. HyVee Seasons is one of my favorite magazines to receive in the mail too!
Decent enough store...but customer service issues. Misrings on qty happen often. I'm sure it's a small minority and most of your employees go above and beyond to be nice nd helpful. However loss prevention could use a few lessons in best practice for customer service. Be friendly. Ask people if you can help them with anything. Say "excuse me, I think you may have missed something," before they leave the store. The exact opposite and false accusations will not keep you customers. After what happened to a friend of mine in your store tonight, not impressed at all. My friend who had a newborn baby with her shopping, accidentally did not pay for chicken she had placed into her cart. It got underneath the diaper bag. She got followed to her car and told that she had stole the chicken. She now has to appear in court. She did not even have time to put the baby into the car or to put the groceries in her car. Had she been given that opportunity, she would have seen the chicken and gone back in to pay for it... read more
I wish I could choose negative stars! Very disappointed in your store. A friend was accused of shoplifting this evening and this couldn't be farther from the truth. I will NEVER return to your store and I will pass this along to everyone I know, so they know how you run business. Shame on you, Hy-Vee!
I like this HyVee due to the nice managers and employees. The only thing I wish that they had is a better bakery.
