Horrible service, put bad name to Asians, stay away 0 star, bunch of thieves
I didn’t read up on them before heading down after seeing a car online, but these guys are 100% scammers and untrustworthy. Having now read some of the reviews and seen the condition of some of the cars, I doubt they keep accurate service histories, are not truthful about MOT’s etc. On arrival, the salesman took a long time to come over (despite us being the only ones there). Bought a car from them that broke down after one motorway trip, found out it had a coolant leak so I spent £40 on coolant to make sure it got back to the dealership without further damage but still refused my refund and said I broke the car, after reading the many bad reviews it seems this is their way of scamming, dirty unkept yard with the staff to match, so now they have my money and my car and we are having to take them to court as well as all the other relevant agencies, they are going to have a very very awkward week f... read more
