Bought audi from here. After few weeks a light on dashboard came on I contacted Craig who had it resolved within 24 hours. Great customer service. If we ever look for another car we will be back.

Terrible company, would not touch them with a barge pole, terrible service and never returns calls. Purchased a car from them in April sold on the basis the car would come with a 3 month warranty from an independent company. Warranty company says payment not made for the policy. Several phone calls and emails over a 6 week period, the owner says he will sort out and contact the warranty company, never does. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Do not trust. I bought a car less than 3 months ago for good money. The car is now unusable and costs more than I can afford to fix (still under warranty). Craig will not respond to my emails and has blocked my phone number. I am reporting to trading standards and taking to small claims court.

I bought a Toyota Yaris from Craig a month ago. I am very pleased with the car, it runs really well and feels reliable and was a reasonable price. There was no pressure from Craig to buy. I would definitely recommend buying a car from Craig.

Bought a skoda off Craig recently. I messaged him a week after car delivery with a couple of minor problems. Instead of replying he blocked my number. I know this because it wouldn't call through on my phone but he answered my partners straight away. I would of left a much better review but as a company, blocking a phone number is absolutely ridiculous. Such poor customer service!!!
