The overall buying process was a real nightmare, the sellers were extremely disrespectful and far from honest. However, I have to highlight the great support I received from Jamie and Nick. They were always responsive and on point with everything. Honestly, if it weren’t for the agency and their hard work, I would have likely pulled out and never gone through to completion.

Could not recommend this EA enough. Communication was excellent, and they did a fantastic job managing all parties involved: solicitors, management agency, and beyond. They kept detailed track of the sales progression, which made a huge difference.
