Loveliest team of staff I've ever encountered in a hospital setting! Everything was explained and easy to understand, efficient booking in and discharge system. Lovely surgeon who personally went through the procedure and answered all questions. Also made sure to check I was feeling ok before going home. I had some extra risks and everyone was already up to speed so I didn't have to worry. Thank you all so much!
I was extremely nervous about going in for surgery but the team were absolutely incredible, Jainy who looked after me was an angel, Ian who was there when I woke up after surgery was an absolute sweet heart and most listened to me ramble away, Max who did my surgery was excellent and the anaesthetist lady with the frog hair net thingy, I cannot remember your name I think because I was so anxious but you really made me feel at ease and helped my nerves. Very anxious patient on having an op but I didn't need to be as the Surgeons and nurse were so kind and understanding. Explaining everything and throwing in a laugh too. Above and beyond. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!☺️
