Hunt’s was wonderful to work with-prompt at scheduling, and very accommodating to my needs. Alfredo did an excellent job with a difficult toilet install, and I will definitely be using Hunt’s for all my plumbing needs.
I called on a weekend night for a plumber because while trying to change out a water valve behind a fridge it stripped. They sent out the plumber and he immediately knew what to do. Unfortunately he had to replace the thing which he was prepared to do. He was fast and got the job done. He explained everything well. They sent an email of his picture so I knew who he was before he showed up. They called to make sure he showed. I give them a 10! Plus they were recommended by another plumbing co!
I have had 2 crews come out to address the same issue with a shower valve. I totally appreciated the first visit and felt like I was being truly taken care of, the second visit was far from my first experience. The guy reeked of cigarette smoke and basically "jury rigged" a fix on my problem with wire and brute force...was not even going to charge me but I felt like I should at least pay the visit fee so I did. Alfredo and his apprentice Henry were GREAT...It’s been a very long time since I’ve used a plumber or needed a repair, so I was SHOCKED at how much Hunts plumbing charges. Perhaps their prices are competitive (I was in a pinch so couldn’t get other bids) I was very taken back as to the cost. $785 for a maybe $50 worth of material and about 1.5 hours of labor. Overall, I’m satisfied and the guys were really good, the cost however?? I recommend getting some other quotes.
Corey came out on time and reviewed the tankless water heater installation and made some adjustments which I could not get the installers from another company to come out and do. Hopefully the adjustments will resolve our issues and all will be good. I have and will continue to recommend Hunt's Service. extremely happy with their service.
I had an emergency water leak in my basement. The crew was out and had the problem fixed within an hour of my phone call. Worth every penny. Thank you!!
Carlos was asked to quote on a washer drain which backs up. He did not specify where he would reroute the drain to. When I called and asked they said all the way to sewer line. Why not to the house drain which already is hooked up to sewer? On the second quote he was literally $1,000 higher than 4 other quotes to replace a 50 gallon hot water heater. I do not recommend this company, nor will I use them.
