Great technician, professional and courteous. I was very impressed with Hunt's customer contact methods, making sure I was overall satisfied with their service. I'm sure I'll be using Hunt's for any needed future HVAC services for my home.
I would recommend Hunt's anytime...My pipes had broken and I discovered it when it had gone down my driveway on the other side of my front door by the garage, so it had been leaking for a long time,....I called Hunt's and the receptionist was so nice, her demeanor helped me relax as I am an older lady and was "sort of " getting anxious as I, at first, did not know what to do, or call, etc. Called my regular people close to me, but they were not there, I had hired Hunts in 2013 to install a new toilet, and they fixed t he pip... read more
While Hunt's is very punctual and professional, their prices are beyond ridiculous! I had an old water heater that was leaking and doing damage to my home. As I had to begin another string of 12 hour shifts at my job the following day, I was in a bind. Well over $2300 to replace a water heater?!!! How is that justified? I will use ANY company but Hunt's in the future. ***** *

Hunts fixed a toilet and replaced a bathroom sink. Great work with no problems. One shock, however. When asked if I wanted them to use a snake to clear drainage on a sink, I said, "Sure". Then I was told it would cost $160. I said "No". Using a snake on a drain is a ten minute job, or less, and requires no parts. This job is not worth anywhere near $160. Hillarie spent quite a long time explaining the ins and outs of heat pump vs. a/con a very knowledgeable and understandable way. She took the time to fully understand our needs and offered us excellent options. We really appreciated her caring attitude. She gave use a couple of quotes for different solutions. If her quotes turn out to be the best ones, I would be pleased to give her and your company my business.
The Hunt Service Team was highly professional and user friendly. The installed my Pelican Whole House Water Filtration System and did an outstanding job. The ensured the system worked flawlessly. Once completed they ensured the area was clean and all the trash was hauled away. Highly recommend!
