Ill start by saying they did fix the issue with my water pressure and satisfied the plumber stereotypes in the process.Sloppy cut hole in the wall and didnt include cost of parts when telling me the estimate. That came when they were done.
Called this company to come and replace our water heater. After they came out and looked it over, they wanted to charge us over $3000.00 dollars for a replacement. They also wanted to take our door frame out to get the old water heater out. (that water heater went in there without removing the door frame.) Then they said that they could fix it replacing parts on it and it would last another 2 years. My husband and I are retired and on fixed incomes and paid them to fix it $1310.00. *** and **** came out to finish the plumbing for hook up and install of our gas stove and did a professional 1st class quality job.. they answered all my questions of what had been done. I would highly recommend this company for any work you may need done..
Had my dryer vent cleaned. Very thorough, took pics of all the lint collected. Shopped around for price comparison and they are reasonably priced. Cleaned up. Respected my time constraints. Received call from dispatch indicating when their arrival would be. Professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
Improper installment of condensation drainage pipe flooded our attic less than a year after installation of our new (and expensive) heat pump HVAC system. We had them out for a 6 month inspection and maintenance and they didn't catch the problem then either. The recent heatwave was the first day our cooler really kicked on since we purchased it.
