They were efficient and professional. Cleaned up as they went along. Explained how to operate the new thermostat. Very pleased
We had to wait a few days but all in all our experience was very good.
I wish I could rate them a zero, but I can’t. I called Hunts plumbing for a busted water line my bathroom. Two individuals (I refuse to call them plumbers or professionals) came to my residence and informed me that I needed to have my water valve replaced, which was absolutely NOT the case. They never even looked at the cause of the issue, although I had already turned off the water to my home and found where the leak was in my wall. Very pleased with the services. Technician explained what to expect after installation. No second guessing and did it in a timely fashion. I know work can be unpredictable but both Technicians worked well together. Thank you for doing the work superbly.
Excellent, fast and professional electrical service. Service personnel was able to quickly diagnose the problem and replaced the faulty parts.
The electrician knew what he was doing, but he brought an apprentice and used my light fixture installation as a training exercise without asking if that would be okay. It wasn't. The electrician seemed more interested in his apprentice's career as a "journeyman" than in providing time-efficient and expert professional service for me, the customer. Very pleased with Hunt's Services to extend my natural gas line. Their quote came in lower than others, and they were quick to supply service as well as arrange permitting. Final service completed within 1.5 weeks of agreement on quote. The reason for the 5-star is honesty. The plumber's apprentice made a mistake after the lead plumber reviewed photos of work done. They were effective with unclogging my kitchen drain but I about fell over with the price! 410.00 to snake my drain and when I told them that I was supposed to get a 59.00 discount for refunding the diagnostic fee he said ok. The final bill didn’t seem to reflect it. Oh well I am glad it seems fixed but would probably wait for my friend who is a plumber to do next time!
