Thanks to their help we went from offer accepted to moved in within 7.5 weeks - which was absolutely fantastic and saved us from the stamp duty hike. Friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, we are delighted with their service.
Unfortunately we are indirectly involved with Lisa Potts and we, our solicitor, and third party are disgusted with her attitude and complete disregard to respond to phone calls, emails and pleading to complete required work to facilitate the sale of a property. Utterly disgusting.
