I've had bad experiences during the end of tenancy as the office staff would not guide you in terms of your deposit repayment and just ask for keys and say 'we do not manage your tenancy' I was for 2 weeks wondering how will I get the deposit back as no email replies from Huntleys office too. A member of staff under the name of 'Charlotte' was extremely unhelpful and was even reluctant to do the minimum bare to provide me the landlord contact details which I eventually got after a stressing for days and I would recommend ten... read more
I have recently moved with my family and the process was straight forward and easy. The team at Huntleys were helpful and available to answer questions. Once in the property I have mostly dealt with Christian who has been incredibly helpful, responsive and quick acting with any problem and query Ive had. A great start to what I'm confident will be a great tenancy. Thank you Christian and team, keep doing what you're doing :-)
Well what can I say Christian has the ability to make you feel so at ease with such a happy and bubbly energy, we have been lucky enough to rent a beautiful property with all the reassurance needed that it will be managed in a professional down to earth way, Thank you so much Christian for all you did and have done in this short time, like I said I will love this house like my own home, Huntley’s are incredibly lucky to have you as a property manager x
