Although I was happy with work the hygienist did today I will not be having it done again! A 10 minute check up and a 15 minute clean for £97.50 is too much! And I’m NHS patient so the £27.50 was the check up!!!!
Emergency appointment that ended up being a difficult extraction (difficult for dentist due to location and tooth). I am an extremely nervous patient and have sensory processing disorder, which can make trips to the dentist concerning. No need for any concerns, the dentist was fantastic! Numbing injections were almost sensationless and the extraction was dealt with calmly, efficiently and painlessly. Fantastic 'bedside manner' by all staff. Thank you for such a positive experience. As Arnold says: "I'll be back!" :-)
Very appreciative that I was fitted in at short notice when I phoned. Unfortunately not able to see my usual dentist, Mrs Hodur , and this affected the treatment I received as she knows my dental history & basically knows my teeth better than me. The examination was inconclusive despite 2 Xrays meaning that I will have to self medicate & monitor until such time that the pain becomes unbearable or it becomes totally obvious where the precise issue is. Superb from start to finish, thank you to the whole team.
I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and was seen within a few minutes of my allotted tiem. I'm not particulalry fond of going to see the hygienist, but the very friendly staff put me at ease and my session went well.
