NO STARS. I have financed equipment through ********* Capital and they sold one of my leases to Huntington. I will never do business with either one of them because of it. Huntington doesn't answer their phone, I have asked for payoff quotes and they refuse to give them. I have asked to change the account my ACH comes from, they refuse to send over the paperwork. I have been alerted that I have 3 different due dates on my auto loan when last month I established a an automatic due date.There is no way to reach this Bank to discuss this situation as 1) they refuse to answer **************** line, 2) they never call back when promised, and 3) appears to have an unlisted Corporate headquarters to try to talk to a human..So, beware of dealing with this bank as they have absolutely no regard for their customers which is a source of great frustration. They lost a payment of ours that went on for over a year, we were charged late fees and it was reported to our credit as a late payment. After being harassed, they finally figured it out. I will never bank or get a mortgage through them again. They are terrible! No one would open an investigation for me, it took numerous hours and arguments on the phone. They just kept telling me I missed a payment, when I knew I did not. So disappointed in them.

If I could give no stars I would Huntington bank is by far the worst bank open. They have no automated system to conduct business, their hold times are ridiculous, they freeze and put holds on your account for no reason. They give you the runaround with mixed communication, false information and seems that training or care for the customer is non existing. The worse thing tcf bank did was turn to Huntington bank. Was going to purchase a vehicle. On Saturday I got up to check the banks hours. Open until noon. Drive to the branch at 11 and a homemade sign on the door that the branch is closed. If you cant keep normal hours you dont deserve anyone to trust you with their money. Horrible bank

I am upset with Huntington Bank because I received an envelope today asking me how they can help me on a missed mortgage payment. I HAVE NOT MISSED ONE ******* MORTGAGE PAYMENT EVER TO HUNTINGTON BANK AND THE LANGUAGE IS JUSTIFIED. I AM SO TIRED OF BIG BUSINESS SQUASHING THE EVERY DAY AVERAGE WORKER TRYING TO MAKE IT IN TODAYS WORLD. I currently have a loan for my boat with Huntington up until now I haven't had to reach out to them. I recently submitted an insurance claim and the insurance company mailed me a check for the repairs. After receiving the check we contacted Huntington to determine who the check needed to be sent to for endorsement and to make sure they were aware we had paid for the repairs already and needed the check endorsed back to us. I would like to share my experience with huntington bank. My sister had a account with huntington bank. She died 2 months ago.Someone was withdrawing money from her account. I notified huntington bank at it's branch.I spoke with a manager about the situation. I had all the documents to have my sister's account closed. The manager never took me seriously.She never went through the proper steps to close the account. It's sad that huntington bank doesn't take fraud or theft serious. I'm very disappointed in huntington bank.
