The absolute worst bank in the world. I wish I had withdrawn my money before TCF became Huntington. What a nightmare to deal with! I was planning to keep an account at Huntington but transfer some money into an account with ENT. It is next to impossible to get a hold of a real person and when you do, they are not helpful and they all tell you different things. The *** at both locations in ***********, ** are rarely available to withdraw money. Signs up say available 24 hours and that is not true.

Awful customer service. Series of failures on their part caused us to incur hundreds of dollars in expenses and even after submitting a survey they sent ** AND multiple emails directly to a branch asking for somebody to discuss how this went so wrong - NOTHING. Complete radio silence, no attempt to make any of it right, no real explanation for their actions or lack of reaction. Would never recommend working with this bank to anyone.

Do NOT bank here I fail for a Job Scam and even with all the proof that had gone to the proper authority to report the company that scam me to cash a check at Huntington they still decide to ban me for life at open any account with them than they put my Huntington checking account charged off with a balance owed also the The charge-off is not reversible so this happen to me because I make one mistake .also their Customer Advocacy PRU Team Lead was completely useless all they did was toe the company line they did not help me ... read more

I was with this bank for a while. Recently I was scammed by two people who took my money thru Zelle. These scammers are not associated with me. Nor do I know them. Bank let these scammers go without a doubt. Investigators only took several days to review my account. Zelle is a website that had no protection plan at that time. Huntington bank has pay **** in which u can send money to a person or a company. They dont need Zelle. Huntington bank is a lost cause with employees that dont enjoy serving customers. Branch in question is the one at *******************************************************************. The branch removed the coin counting machine. Worse yet, yesterday I went there to deposit about $2.50 in a variety of coins into my bank account. The teller would not accept them without my rolling them into rolls, which was literally impossible because none of the rolls are for the small amounts in question. Do not bank here! Someone wrote a fraudulent check on my account and took most of my money. Huntington took an additional 600+ dollars out of my account since this started on May 20th. They know its fraudulent and wont give me my money back over something that wasnt my fault. I even filed a police report and gave them all of the information they requested. What I think? I think Huntington ***** and I will do all I can to make sure Huntington returns $500.00 to me that was disputed. NO HUNTINGTON it is not ok- You work against your customers and not for them. I did not "fill in & return requested form" because ***** v e r received the form! I believe I was told I "might " receive so I watched for it by mail and again, NEVER received any correspondence from your bank.
