I've disputed 3 times for the same issue since March 15th Refunds never received that clearly state they were refunded back to my Huntington debit card. Went in person and spoke with two different bank managers who went over my statements thoroughly and they themselves couldn't find refunds. After being directed back to cash app for resolve there was another refund verified sent back to my Huntington debit card for $300 also not received! After depositing a $2400 dollar cashier check, the bank elected to return the payment on my vehicle loan and then hold the deposit for 5 business days despite their fund availability policy stating it would be available business day after next. This led to additional costs. I will be closing my account promptly after my next direct deposit from my employer.

Huntington national Bank is a joke. I have had problems with them from day one. I have a checking and savings account and also a car loan through them. I moved to a different state and they sent me a letter to confirm they sent my title to my state's bmv, but they sent it the absolute wrong direction. It ended ** in a totally different state and now is lost. They are doing nothing to find it. They just submitted a request for a duplicate title, which I have to pay for. I have been fighting with Huntington Bank for the last 1-2 weeks to no resolution yet! I've given them two more days to resolve my issue or I will be filing a proper complaint here to get it taken care of and acknowledged by more than the snarky, careless CSRs and supposed "leaders" I've spoken with so far. Customer for 27 plus years refinance 3 homes 3 person line credit This last time 2 months unbelievable They had all the paperwork from refinancing and plc the same day Underwriting and loan officer no communication This has been a night mare since I have NEVER had this with Huntington Not I have a different story Department need to communicate On can go on but its been terrible

SLOW in the refund ***** On my paid off vehicle. Took 30 days for a refund to me on overpayment. 30 days! Are you kidding me! This is totally unexceptable in today's banking world. 1 shot at a new customer and they completely failed. If ever financing another vehicle I will specifically state "no Huntington Bank.

Horrible bank. The app doesn't work half the time. And when the block your card out of now where they want you to go to the branch to unlock it even tho you verify the information on the transaction.

I would put zero stars if i could! Get you monet out and run! Horrible cosumer service hubg up on several times after waiting hours. Spoke with a supervisor that still managed to not be able to get one thing right. Branches are under staffed with zero experience there is always minimum 25 people waiting in line takes a min. Of an hour and outside mind you because the lobby always closed this is mn wtf is wrong with you! Get your $h*t together! I dont know how things work in ******** but its obviously not working here
