My phone was stolen and my Cash app was open. I ran to my nearest Huntington bank to close my account but in doing so finding out in minutes $250,$250,$100,$100,$100 all of this occurred on December 6 2022. In 3 days Huntington helped me and put the $800 back into account. After a 3 week investigation they took that money back and told me I did authorized this payment. I reopened the case again and 2 weeks later saying I did authorized the payment and closed my case.

Transferred money from another bank, they placed a week hold on my money that cleared my other account days ago. Totally unwilling to help in any way, so I had no access to my own money for a week. Soon as this clears I will be closing my account.

I used a stand-alone ATM Huntington Bank ATM in Taylor, MI. The machine did not dispense my money so I called customer service and because I was not a Huntington Bank member they treated me as if my situation was not their problem. I went to the nearest Huntington Bank and the branch manager told me that they’re not responsible for that particular ATM and he get consumers calling and visiting this branch all the time about that ATM. I filed a claim for fraud forged/missing endorsement or altered check claim back in early November. I've filed the requested affidavit, and I've been requested to resend it 6-7 times because they for whatever reason have not received it. I've even filed this form through my local Huntington bank, so they should be able to appropriately send the form. I've attempted to reach out to someone in corporate, but no one ever tries to call me back.

On 12/5/22 I had three items post to my account I did not recognize. I called Huntington and was connected to the fraud department. I asked that more information on these purchases be sent to me. I specifically stated I did not want to file a dispute. A dispute was filed anyway - without my knowledge or permission. I did not find this out until I was left stranded in line trying to pay for something, finding out my debit card had been closed also without my knowledge or permission. First they promote 2 day early direct deposit, but once you have an account they tell you you have to wait 90 days and I have Social Security. Then I keep getting messages that my accounts are.below $0 and they are not below $0. I call customer and they know nothing.

I deposited 2 checks. The bank showed the checks in my account and available, I proceeded to initiate several payments based on the information that the money was available. An hour later, and after one of the payments was posted on my account, I received an email stating the checks were now being held for a week. I called customer service, escalated to a supervisor and all I got was the same answer. There was nothing they could do. They needed a week to verify the checks and funds were available and valid. Huntington force closed my account and now I can't get any information about the funds that are in my account. I keep calling and don't get an answer from the branch.
