It’s not just a property – it’s been her home for decades, full of memories and care. She recently made the difficult decision to sell, and invited Huntingfield Estates round for a valuation. We cannot recommend the Huntingfield Estates team highly enough, they are super efficient and friendly. We were unfortunately unsuccessful with another estate agent after 10 weeks on the market without a single viewing. We contacted Huntingfields and they were more than happy to list our home. Within 1 hour of being live on the market we had a booking for a viewing, an hour after that, another viewing booked. 3 days later we had sold our home. An absolute farce. The staff think they own the place! Parking their car in a disabled space with no badge shown. Disabled spaces are limited! Certainly wouldn't use this company if they think they're better and take advantage of people.
