(Previous Client) Terrible block management company. Totally ripped us off. Would steer well clear. Our prices rose by over x4 times over a 6 year period. Our electricity bills went unpaid until we got cut off. Lied about not being able to pay our electricity account by DD. Set up and running our small block estate ourselves as a resident association now and the cost has literally fallen below half, bills all paid on time A very unpleasant, costly and stressful experience having been linked with this company.
Absolutely shocking service. I have had a stuck lock on my front door. Upon the first contractors arrival he found not only the door to be missing 7 screws within the hinges but it is an internal door..to an external entry..my only entry may I add to the property. I reported this issue on the reporting software on 31/05/25 after they closed the first account without my knowledge even though the job had not been complete.
