avoid the Nottingham City Centre branch -toxic managers
Landlords Beware. I've been a loyal customer of the Mansfield branch for 8 years, and this company over the last couple of years provides poor service for landlords. They failed to collect rent properly. They refuse to talk to tenants when maintenance issues arise. Communication is slow and argumentative, with a 4-day wait for replies. Unfortunately we had a few buyers that pulled out which made it a longer journey, finally yesterday after a lot of hard work and dedication we completed yesterday. Alex Wilson, the franchisee of Hunters, is not somebody I would suggest you trusting either with the sale of your house, leasing as a landlord or as a tenant. For over 7 days Alex has allowed a flashing floodlight on his property to consistently shine into our home meaning that myself and my three small children have had very little sleep.
