We have bought and sold properties for some time and have to say that Fine and Country have been outstanding as estate agents. The team work hard and always to a professional and friendly level. They have a thorough knowledge of the Kingswood area and valuable experience of sales . They include a great video facility which we think was a key feature in the sale of our property. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Total nightmare. Northwood Solihull has been a total unprofessional disaster from start to finish finally getting rid of them after total mis management of my property. Totally useless checks on the condition of the property and damage done not even getting a mention. Even when I highlighted issues they did not bother to keep tabs on it. They have taken funds off tenants for cleaning and then not actually done any cleaning. I know because I checked the evening before a new tenant moved in. Stay off this agency they will try to take all the money of your deposit first time I had a problem with my deposit, left the place better than it was given to me. So unfair and unprofessional
