Awful experience. Poor repairs. Illegal eviction - should have been a section 8 not a section 21 - tried to use the deposit for renovating the property into a HMO. Hunters also charged the previous tenants for professional cleaning which we were told would be happening in the first week or so of moving in. It didn't. They then tried to charge us for the same service. Wonder how many customers they do this to. The sales department is not replying on emails and also whenever they pick the phone up they put you in silent hold without saying something. Awful customer support.
