I had an unplesant experience with this letting agent. When they advertised a property on rightmove, I called immediately and my details were registered. I was told by the receptionist that they would contact me when viewing dates are available. I kept following up with calls twice a week since then to make sure I was not left out. The receptionist/ personnel I spoke with kept telling me she does not know when viewings are going to take place. I can’t praise Brooke and Ella enough. Not only did they sell my property but they kept me informed at every step of the process. They know their stuff and they always did their best to support and guide me. Thank you Ella and Brooke. The solicitor firm they recommended - Taylor and Emmet -was excellent and Amanda Thornton in particular was on top of her game. If I sell again I will definitely go with Hunters in Crookes.
