Anish was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very understanding of my situation, especially since I was arranging everything from abroad. He made sure there was flexibility in my ability to collect the keys, even outside of office hours, and went out of his way to make that happen. Throughout the whole process, Anish was very quick to respond to all of my requests and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Horrible. My agent instantly struck me as a sleazy salesman type. After agreeing to rent the property (from psychopathic landlords, might I add), he sent me an email saying something along the lines of "I'll be assisiting you all the way up to your move-in date". That was the last I heard from him. When I came to the agency to pick up my keys, he was at his desk pretending to not see me. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
