My daughter and her boyfriend drove all the way up from luton to view one of their properties, they waited outside for a hour, no one should up..no one answering the phone .so they went to the office and it was shut at 3pm . .it took them 8 hours to drive there and back.
We had a viewing today at 2:30 waiting till 3 for no one to show up, bearing in mind we just travelled 4 hours to come see this. The company doesn't shut till 5pm we got there at 3:30 for them to be shut but send me a email saying thank your for viewing the property What a joke😡
