Several years ago, I rented with Hunters. In my opinion they were a negligent, contemptuous and xenophobic estate agent. My original review of them was 5 stars. The reason for this is that, a few days before estate agent fees were made illegal, rather than just implementing the law early, they told me I would be liable for fees to provide a reference for my next landlord, but that they would waive them if I gave them a positive review. I have rented from Hunters for several years, and they have provided a reliable service throughout. They have been fast to respond to emails and quick to fix issues arising in the property, and have been adaptable to our needs and changes in circumstances. Hunters have been the best letting agency I've dealt with since I moved to Oxford.
Hunters provide a good service for tenants, they have been professional and quick to answer any questions that I have had regarding details with the property. They have also been quick to deal with issues with the property and have sent someone round to sort the issue within a couple of days. I would reccomend Hunters to other students who are looking for places to stay, whilst they are studying.
