Update 30/08/25 we wrote to the ceo of hunters Harry hill on 05/08/25 and have had no response. Useless letting agent. Please ignore hunters comment below about the police as I have spoken with them weeks ago and they have advised no such thing. Hunters are liars. Candice is definitely a liar. She sent me some pretty offensive emails after my last update. The police advised candice can not speak for anyone else but herself. Tenant has woken me twice this week at 2am. Candice does nothing. Hunters Manchester were the letting agents for my 2-bedroom property for just under 2 years. Overall the management experience was very good. They found really good tenants, payments were on time, and they helped with all the repairs for the property. Special shoutout to Candice Wrigley and Lucy Hollister who handled all my queries. Update 30/07/25. After 2 police raids where the police have gone through the front door, the tenant setting fire to the property and drug dealers appearing every few days candice at hunters still doesn’t respond to emails and refuses to do anything about her tenants. Do not use this agent they will ruin your life. Worst agent I’ve ever dealt with. Candice was fantastic. Very understanding and accommodating during some issues with the tenancy. My second time with Hunters, and I would certainly recommend.
