Don’t bother. Signed the contract 6 months ago, and STILL waiting.
Sold a house with Hunters who are "emotionally invested and sensitive" because they know "what a stressful time it is". That was their sales pitch anyway. From day one we had hardly any comunication from them. They sent someone round unnanounced because they booked her in at the wrong property. They left windows open and lights on. The day before exchange our buyer's solicitors had no computers or phones, due to technical problems. Me and my partner recently purchased a property through Hunters in Kingswood. Michelle, and the rest of the team at Hunters, managed our move extremely professionally and personably. They worked extremely hard to ensure the property was ready to move into as soon as it was possible, and communicated to us throughout. The excellent service we received helped us to manage the stressful process, and we are confident to say that we will be contacting Hunters when the time comes to move.
