My experience with Hunters was extremely disappointing. I was a tenant at 16 Milford Place. After my tenancy ended, they failed to communicate about the return of my deposit. They were contractually obligated to provide a notification of deductions within 10 working days, but this did not happen. When they finally did respond, they proposed a vague and unsubstantiated deduction of £650 without providing any invoices, quotes, or evidence to support the claim.
