I’ll soon be leaving a tenancy at a fully managed property under the Hunters brand, where I’ve lived for five years. I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism from one of the staff who works there, Brenda. I originally called Hunters as I was inquiring about a property that I wanted to know more information about and possibly view, to which Brenda answered the phone. She proceeded to tell me that the property details I 'm relaying to her can't be right so I proceeded to tell her over the phone what I can see on my screen, such as the price and the full address. I can only recommend Hunters. I had the pleasure to work with Raj and Ed for the sale of my property and can only thank them for their professional work. The sale was challenging for me as I don't live nearby and Hunters were there all the way to help and support to resolve various problems during the sales process, from recommending lawyers and tradesmen to pushing the sale through at the end. Always curtious, helpful, and with competitive fees, I do not regret my choice.
We used Hunters to sell our flat, they were extremely professional from the start and gave us good clear communication throughout the process.
