As a new resident I'm the area I have never had any problems with getting an appointment. Seeing a nurse,doctor or physio or having phone answered swiftly. The surgery is very well run and the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful
All I can say is WOW. What a fantastic surgery. The receptionists are lovely, friendly and helpful, and they actually smile at you. When on the phone they are friendly and helpful. I got booked in today and saw Enka ( I am sorry if that's not correct) she was AMAZING, lovely, kind and friendly. She was looking to book me in for blood tests, heard the lady in the next room, flew to the door and asked her if she would mind squeezing me in NOW, and bless her, the lovely lady did so, all done and dusted. You can everything that is said between the doctor and patient in room 5. The waiting room and chair is right next to it!
Absolutely fantastic Doctors, Nurses, receptionists and admin staff. Family friendly surgery definitely 5 star.
The care I have received at the surgery has been second to none, very happy.
