I recently visited Sam at Hummingbird to get some swim earplugs made. The appointment times available were ideal, fitting around my work schedule which made things really easy. I really appreciated Sam listening to my concerns before suggesting treatment options that would work best for me. Have already recommended to several family members- friendly, thorough care!

I found the level of service and the knowledge to be excellent. I attended twice, once for tests and to talk through the options. Then to decide on the aids that suited me. I have two aids and they are great. As predicted at the fitting session I have reached the point o f forgetting they are in. Strongly recommend this company.
All good. Helpful and friendly service. At 80+ we know that we shall not always be able to continue to travel to Winsford to access help though and wonder whether we could do this anywhere nearer to where we live.
