I am one of the Executors for my God Mothers detached house in Honiton. From the viewing Alistair and Humberts stood out over the other 4 estate agents. We were not disappointed. With probate etc it has taken over 12 months , but Humberts checked on the security and the condition during a cold winter of 2023. They completed our sale wishes promptly and efficiently within a few months, even though they were a little quirky and different. Have recently bought a property sold via Humberts. They were excellent to deal with throughout and went 'above and beyond' to make sure hurdles (there were a few!) were overcome and that everything completed successfully. Mandy was ever attentive and helpful.
