A bit of a shaky start due to the first purchaser pulling out and Ian having to return to redo photos! However, once a new buyer was found, Skye, Tash and Lucy were excellent with keeping me informed with developments and sorting out various issues regarding surveys etc. At one point our chain seemed at the point of collapse, but Skye and Tash were pivotal in negotiating with solicitors and the other agents involved to ensure that the sale went through! We used this estate agent some time ago. We had a really bad experience using this estate agent from start to finish. Would not recommend, the staff were unhelpful at best. Look elsewhere
