Esta fue mi segunda experiencia con InSer y terminó con nuestro retiro definitivo después de varios años de tratamiento. En Cartagena vivimos falta de claridad, cambios constantes en los tiempos, citas incumplidas y una ausencia del acompañamiento emocional que la clínica ofrece como parte de sus procesos. Horrible service. We attempted to use this clinic after the Cartegena clinic treated us like a number, with no clear communication, no compasion. We were assured they would make it right and treat us well. But as soon as we paid, the service and compassion went away. We were told a certain step in the process for invitro would take 7-10 days.
