I didn’t use this estate agent for a rental or purchase I used it for comfort and kindness. Today I broke down and without question the lovely family who own this business offered me somewhere warm to sit, a cup of tea and some kindness. I wanted to thank them publicly for their good dead and assure anyone wanting to use them that they are genuinely kind caring people and you won’t go wrong using this business. These people are charlatans they demand a deposit from you and never pay it back if the landlord does not want to proceed, they say it's for administration. The only administration they do is send canopy to your phone and do not help you if you are not Internet savvy all they say is its easy ,just follow the link

Messaged Louise asking if the housemates in a bedsit that she was advertising were all working , she totally ignored my question and asked me if I was working etc , which I answered and again asked if everyone was working in the property, she eventually said yes and then asked me to answer all the questions. I stated that I’d answered them already and could I view the property, she then sent me an email automated reply saying that she wouldn’t be following up my enquiry .
