We first visited Tops Tiles in Greenwich to choose tiles for our proposed bathroom refurbishment and this was how we stumbled upon Hugo Oliver. Their showroom looked very impressive and they had lots of catalogues. Our conversion into shower/wet room was quite challenging as the old bathroom was very small and we wanted spacious shower as well as good size washbasin and plenty of storage. We wanted our ensuite bathroom to be completely re-done. Paul and Agnes came round promptly after we first contacted them to do a site survey and we discussed layouts and what could be kept/what could be changed. Agnes supplied several brochures for us to look through at home to choose fixings, and then she took the time for two in-person meetings to go through in detail to discuss pros and cons of various options and to make actual choices. The people at Hugo Oliver have been super friendly and easy to connect and deal with from start to finish. We started with one and then decided to do our second bathroom as well. The installer they provided was super polite, kept things tidy and really kept noise and disruption to a minimum.
