I purchased a power lead for a Husqvarna smart mower which did not work. It took three emails and two phone calls before a representative from their "sales team" finally had the courtesy to provide me with a returns voucher by email. The item was duly returned 10 days ago but no refund to date despite three emails which once again their "Sales department" have not bothered to respond to. Abysmal lack of service and would not recommend.
Hughies team advised me on which Hedge Cutter to upgrade to. The Husqvarna 122HD60 is certainly 'the business'. Powerful cutting ability.
I have dealt with Hughie Willet twice now for spare parts and I have found them to be very helpful, professional and efficient in the service they provide. I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
