Stephen has helped me with pain management and after the first session my symptoms reduced significantly. He’s also assisted with home exercises and is honest with other recommendations. Very happy to recommend!
Stephen is very knowledgeable in sports physiology and what is best suited for the athlete/person. He was also accommodating with booking.
Had a great massage and was Stephen was very informative about any questions I had. He also gave me some stretches to do to help as well :)
I’ve been seeing Steven for sports massage for the last year. He is extremely patient and effective. I have a series of issues brought on by injury over the years and without treatment I wouldn’t be back in training. He’s especially knowledgeable about the effects of sport (rowing in particular) v the sedentary office work and I always leave with tips and follow up on stretches to help keep everything in check. Enthusiastic to recommend him!
Stephen has been helping me to aid my recovery from injury as well as recover from day to day stresses from training. My body always feels much looser and more mobile the day after seeing Stephen and he is really helpful in giving advice for stretches/exercises that will help keep me mobile or improve weaknesses I have. Stephen is really helpful and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend visiting him.
