I think this is the best GP surgery I’ve ever been to. Great phone receptionist, easy to sort an appointment, the nurse practitioner was amazing, managed to sort multiple issues in a friendly, polite and understanding way. Plus I was seen 15 mins early!
Had a really great first visit to this surgery today, having moved to the area recently. The nurse and the doctor I saw were both amazing and gave me some really good advice. My only small bit of feedback is regarding the layout of the waiting room. The chairs are positioned so that you have your back to where the reception desk is and where the staff come out to call you in. As an autistic person I struggled with this, as I like to be able to see around, plus there was a radio playing, so I was worried I'd miss my call. But... read more
