As a tenant, Hudson's have been very helpful estate agents - Sarese in particular has really gone above and beyond in assisting us with a difficult and complex move-out process, giving us guidance on next steps and what to do. I look forward to working with them again.
Sarese was very kind and helpful during the end of tenancy. She helped communicating with the landlord and ensuring that we (as tenants) were prepared of any future costs!
Hudsons rent out our house in Fitzrovia and do a great job. Sarese in particular is great at troubleshooting and communicating promptly to sort out any problems. Paul in the rental department is a great help too. I definitely recommend them for properties in the area.
Hudsons sold my property earlier this year (2025) and the experience could not have been better. Simon and Spencer were great to deal with. The whole move-out process was seamless, and during my tenancy, they were always quick to respond and help resolve any small issues that came up. The deposit was returned very promptly after moving out. Really appreciate the high level of cooperation and professionalism throughout. Highly recommend!
