One of the best investments I've ever made , I went from a Volkswagen Passat to the new owner of a Toyota Camry and I am so in love. Thanks to my salesman Floran ( hope I spelled his name right) he was so in tuned to what I was looking for in an auto, he even came in on his day off to make sure I could pick up my auto on the day I wanted . I'm now part of the Toyota family.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alan Edwards. The must have been the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Alan ignored my numerous calls and texts and when we did finally spoke with him he was rude and told us was on order. 3 weeks later the car is still not in and we still can not contact anyone for a update. I received a call today from a manager who told me that the car was not, in fact, ordered at all. Since I was not sure when we would ever get this car we purchased a GMC Acadia and glad we did. When I first got here, the electric was out, and Wilson Nunez was able to help me out during the process. However, the finance manager never said hi or introduced himself during that part of the process. Let the dealership know when I was coming in to pick up my car, and I'm sitting here still waiting after 2 hours for it to be detailed before driving it home.
