I am extremely pleased with my new RAV4, and my purchase experience with Mike Hakim at Hudson Toyota. From start to finish Mike Hakim was professional and i could not ask for better treatment. The service was excellent!

The WORST customer service ever, with LEANARDO DIAZ the sales guy, and ILIA PILMEMSTEIN the financial guy. Avoid them as you can, BOGUS. The minimum respect you can give to your customer is to answer his phone call, or callback when you get the message. More than 5 calls no answer and no callback. If you can, AVOID Hudson Toyota. You can get SCAMMED.
From the beginning to the end, our experience at Hudson Toyota was top notch! We came in to lease a Corolla for our daughter who is attending college and from the financial director, Warren Lusting, who carefully guided us through the lease options, to the professionalism of sales consultant, Abel Pena, who let us test drive the vehicle and explained all of its functions, and Joey Bermudez, who patiently walked us through the contract process, we had a stress-free and easy going leasing experience. The worst..ever. went in looking to buy already pre-approved loan by my credit union, but had no problems seeing if I can get a better deal through Toyota. 2 hours they show me one piece of crap car and say this is just to test then say no this is what you are buying. They wouldn't tell me how much we got approved for just said your interest rate is about the same as your credit union. Wouldn't even tell me how much the car would be...just said it will be around the same as your credit union approved. Then I had to buy warra... read more
